If life wasn't crazy enough with working on our home, Ryan and I getting used to living together after having opposite schedules, trying to figure out my place in the photography world, enjoying our adorable lil' nephews Evan, Forrest, and Levi plus Vivian, our adorable niece... Ryan and I also have a puppy or at least is the size of one, Jack, who is a Jack Russell mix! How fun and YES, and a little crazy, but we wouldn't have it any other way!

Flowers at Work

Every 8:45 a.m. and 8:10 p.m. Monday - Thursday, I walk by the beautiful landscaping at work! I've always questioned why I never took a picture of these unique flowers but this time I had my camera in my car! We are Farmers, beautiful flowers and all! :)





Oh by the way... the flowers are called alliums! :)

Farm Market Fun

I took a Wednesday off to hang out with Mom, Jill, Forrest, Robyn, and Em! We hit up Holland's Farm Market and enjoyed a wonderful lunch with my hubby at CityFlats. A little rain didn't dampen the fun!

Making a house a home!

After about a year and 6 months, we've been making changes in our home to fit our personality! We've installed new blinds on the main floor that has changed the feel! Ryan surprised me last weekend with putting a landscape wall around the mailbox/tree in the front yard. Slowly, we are getting the landscape back in shape with the next step being getting new mulch. Today, I finally found some outdoor house lights that were what I was imagining! The biggest and most expensive will be finishing the walkout level in to a glamorous bathroom and fabulous living room/office! It's great to get finally turn our house in to OUR HOME!

A baby becomes a toddler!

Lil' Malachi turned 1 year this week and we had the opportunity to celebrate with him. Hard to believe a year ago we first met him. Those eyelashes, oh those eyelashes... he's such a cutie and will be breaking hearts some day! Happy birthday precious little boy!

It's been TOO long!







Jill and Forrest stopped by for a visit. It's been since Mother's Day since I got to see them... way too long! He's grown so much! He holds his head up on his own and his legs are sooo strong. He acts like he'd like to stand on his own and he's ready to get moving... SO GLAD I got to spend a few hours with them!
