If life wasn't crazy enough with working on our home, Ryan and I getting used to living together after having opposite schedules, trying to figure out my place in the photography world, enjoying our adorable lil' nephews Evan, Forrest, and Levi plus Vivian, our adorable niece... Ryan and I also have a puppy or at least is the size of one, Jack, who is a Jack Russell mix! How fun and YES, and a little crazy, but we wouldn't have it any other way!

Crossed off the list!

Today I finally got up the courage to call on Officiants. I called Rev. Doornbos... who married my parents and knew my great grandma, grandparents, and aunt! He was very chatty which also made me feel better... he told me a story about my aunt and also asked how my grandparents were doing. Turns out he lives only a few blocks from YSRA entrance over in Gun Lake. Ryan and I are going to narrow down a day that we can meet with him to see if we like him. He seemed real nice and genuine. I'm excited cause I think this is will be the closest to making the ceremony extra special with him marrying my parents years ago.

Jill and I met mom over at David's Bridal... YES, I did buy something for my wedding from David's Bridal... a bird cage veil! I'm excited cause its perfect and looks adorable! Total, I only paid $35 for 2 veils!!!

While at DB's, we saw some adorable hair flowers on bobby pins. BUT for 2 it was $49! Mom, being the crafty women she is, decided we could find some just as cute for way less! We added that mission to our day... looking at Joanns, Hobby Lobby, and Flowerland! We did find some and enough for all 5 girls for $5!!!

We stopped in Cascade where mom got Jill's invites printed and we got a quote for Ryan and mine. They seemed high but I'm going to call a few more places tomorrow so that I can have them printed next week!

Last but no least, we found napkins for the cupcake table. I assigned mom to getting plates for the cupcake table like what Suzie got for Chris. This saves us $75 to $150 dollars on the fee they consider as "cake cutting" at Harbour Front.
Mom and Suzie spent Sunday and Monday putting together 12 quart size mason jar lanterns to use as decor for the ceremony. They will be hanging on end of the isle chairs with white flowers. This will be the one and possible only decoration besides the beaches beauty at the ceremony.

Yesterday, before our engagement session with Ashley, Ryan and I stoped by Lake Effects Winery and picked up my cork place card olders! They are adorable and fit in with the theme soo well!
Finally things are coming together! Before next week... I hope to have everything taken care of with Serendipity Resorts and get some invites printed! :)
